At Cassandra Elizabeth, every styling appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Significant preparation takes place before each service, including planning, scheduling, and personalized recommendations. To ensure fairness for all clients, the following policy applies to all styling services.
A valid payment is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable booking deposit (if applicable).
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your appointment are not eligible for a refund.
If you need to cancel within 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate a one-time reschedule where possible.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Once a styling service has been completed, refunds will not be provided.
If Cassandra Elizabeth must cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, you will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future appointment.
Approved service credits may be applied toward any eligible styling service and are valid for 12 months from the original purchase date unless otherwise stated.
Gifted styling services and gift certificates are a thoughtful way to share the CE experience. To ensure appointments can be scheduled and honoured in a timely manner, all gifted styling services and gift certificates must be redeemed within one (1) year of the original purchase date. After one year, the gift certificate or gifted service will expire and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended unless required by applicable law.
By booking a styling service or redeeming a gifted service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
