We understand that sometimes sizes or styles do not work out! Cassandra Elizabeth will gladly exchange any purchase made online within 15 days of the date the item was ordered. Garments must be unworn, with all tags attached.
Please send an email to email@example.com explaining why you would like the exchange and we will get back to you within 24 hours! Please include in the email;
1. Your name
2. Date of purchase
3. Your return address
Once we receive your item in the mail, you will be notified via email if we are able to do an exchange/return for you. If approved, your new item will be shipped back to you, free of charge!
Cassandra Elizabeth is not responsible for shipping costs to return your item.
Cassandra Elizabeth is not, and can not be held responsible for any shipping delays and/or lost merchandise.
If the merchandise is damaged, worn, altered or at all tampered with, it is not eligible for an exchange or refund.

It is the customer's responsibility to bring or ship the products to us for exchange or credit.
No refunds are issued after 7 days from receipt of merchandise.
Under no circumstance will a refund be issued for custom orders unless merchandise is defective or damaged.
